2010 Registration Information
Saturday May 15th @ JFK School in Randolph 9:00AM - 12:00PM
Registration is open to all boys and girls
ages 7 to 14 (As of August 1st 2010)
AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
An Original Birth Certificate A photocopy of that Birth Certificate A doctor's note or permission slip dated during
2010 stating the child is healthy to play during the season Current year insurance card or policy info for participant A photocopy of the 2010 final report card (Prior to Practice) Registration Fees

September 4/5th - Season Opener @ Plymouth
September 12th - Halfway Cafe Fundraiser (Holbrook Location)
Next Board of Directors Meeting:Next Meeting TBD @ the ELKS Hall in Randolph. THIS IS AN OPEN MEETING AND EVERYONE IS WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!!!
